With
effect from 1st May 2004, the fees charged are £600 per week. Following
financial assessment by Social Services, you may receive help with part or all of the fees.
Fees include all care and accommodation costs, food and drink, heating and lighting, any laundry (but not dry cleaning)
and any other services staff provide. Service users are expected to pay
from their personal allowance or private income for personal items such as toiletries, newspapers, books and magazines,
and for additional services such as hairdressing and chiropody. Whilst
the Home can arrange for these services to be brought into the Home, service users are free to make their own arrangements
for buying in such services. Fees are normally reviewed every year, in
February, and all service users are notified in writing of any adjustment to these fees.
The Manager is available to help with any financial matters,
which you or your relatives may wish to discuss. He can offer assistance
with any queries relating to fees, invoicing etc.
